Delivery Times Wood and Pellet Stoves: Delivery within 3 to 5 business days after validation of your order and payment. A technician will contact you to arrange an installation date. Pellets and Firewood: Shipment within 3 to 5 business days after confirmation of your order. We commit to scheduling delivery within a maximum of 10 business days.
Stove Installation Service In addition to delivery, our technical team offers an installation service to ensure the proper functioning of your wood or pellet stove. Custom installation: carried out by qualified professionals. Personalized appointments: you choose the date that suits you. Compliance guarantee: we check the safety and performance of your stove after installation.
Heavy Vehicle Accessibility We use specialized trucks. Please check the following points before delivery: Street accessible to 19-ton trucks. Minimum street width: 4 meters. For specific areas (dead ends, restrictions, etc.), contact us to assess delivery feasibility.
Truck and Equipment Features Our trucks are equipped to transport stoves and fuels safely: Curtainsider trucks with tail lifts (payload: 9 tons). Use of pallet jacks and a moffett to facilitate handling and installation.

Order Preparation and Tracking Upon payment confirmation, your order is prepared with care. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
Delivery Address Please carefully check the accuracy of your address. HEATH AND HOMES SERVICES LTD cannot be held responsible for address errors. In case of return due to an incorrect address, re-shipping costs will be at your expense.
Unsuccessful Deliveries If you are absent, a delivery notice may be left. After several unsuccessful attempts, the package will be returned to us, and return fees may be charged.
Returns and Refunds You have 14 days after receipt to request a return. Products must be new, unused, and in their original packaging. After verification, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Damaged or Lost Products If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. In case of loss, we will offer a replacement or refund after investigation.
